This 4 day hands-on program is designed to equip students with a full knowledge of the best project management, based on the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), 4th Edition.
What will you learn?
You will learn about the nine knowledge areas and five process groups of the PMBOK®, and how to apply it to your work. It is an experiential learning process as you build on your knowledge base with the right project management processes from initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and finally the closing of a project.

● Project Life Cycles and Evaluation of the Product Life Cycles
● Prepare a Stakeholder Matrix
● Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Network Diagram and Scope of Work
● Run through the Critical Path
● Evaluate Cost Estimation Techniques
● Generate Fishbone Diagram
● Risk Matrix (identification, prioritization, response and control of the risks)
● Understand the Most Commonly Used Procurement Contracts and when to Use Them
Who should attend?
The program has been designed for PMO members, Program Managers, Project Managers or team members with extensive experience who desire a better understanding of project management processes, or who are interested in finding out why they fit according to the PMBOK®.
Does this training give any PDUs?
Upon successful completion of the PMP Certification Road Map, you will be awarded 35 PDUs. PDUs (Professional Development Units) are the official PMI® credits necessary to become or to continue to be a Project Management Professional (PMP).
