GMG Service Fee: Online prepayment required $ 8,160 USD.
Gold Millennium CO, Ltd., in conformity to the regulations of the People's Republic of China, will provide the following services to Client:
Phase I
- Negotiate with Company A in a peaceful manner the dispute with your Company and try to solve the dispute between the parties.
- Study if there is any possibility to sue the Company A in the China jurisdiction in the event that not peaceful resolution is reached between the parties
Our Services Fee Phase I
GMG services fix total fee for this service: $ 8,160 USD
- $ 8,160 USD first payment online.
- 15% from the total amount recovered from the Chinese company. We will provide invoice.
*GMG shall cover all the expenses regarding travelling and accommodation during the performance of the services.
If negotiation fails with the Company A:
- GMG shall arrange the Law Suit in the Court of First Instance in Company A, for the purpose of:
- Analyze the case and prepare the documentation and arrange the Court Trial in China;
- Start the procedures claiming the sales contract by the Chinese party.
- Represent your Company in the dispute at the Chinese Tribunals against Company A
The mutual objective of the Parties is to properly assist the Client in effectively facilitating a productive and informative legal defense for the dispute with Company A.
Our Services Fee Phase II
GMG services fix total fee for this service: $ 8,160 USD
- $ 8,160 USD first payment online.
- 15% from the total amount recovered from the Chinese company. We will provide invoice.
*GMG shall cover all the expenses regarding travelling and accommodation during the performance of the services.
*For Trial & Court Extra Expenses GMG will inform the client of the net cost of the taxes in advance to obtain the client permission. The client will cover the cost.
Payment details
Equivalent of $8,160 USD is due upon beginning of the work and should be paid online to start registration process. When GMG receive your payment we will provide you both Invoice and Service Agreement with future list of documents needed.
Confidentiality clause
Any information obtained during the provision of services will be treated strictly confidential and will only be used on a need-to-know basis by our staff. We will not divulge or disclose any such information at any time to any non-designated parties or use any such information other than for the provision of the above services.
Termination
Future Agreement can be terminated upon mutual consultation, and each Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the other Party.
