Materials needed for Design application
(1) Name and address of applicant (foreign applicant shall provide name and address in both Chinese and English)
(2) Clear stamp or signature of applicant in e-draft format
(3) Name of inventor (foreign inventor shall provide name in both Chinese and English)
(4) Name of patent (foreign applicant shall provide name of patent in both Chinese and English)
(5) Orthographic projection pictures from six sides of the product or the product
Materials needed for Utility model application (required time, approximately 1 year )
(1) Name and address of applicant (foreign applicant shall provide name and address in both Chinese and English)
(2) Clear stamp or signature of applicant in e-draft format
(3) Name of inventor (foreign inventor shall provide name in both Chinese and English)
(4) Name of patent (foreign applicant shall provide name of patent in both Chinese and English)
(5) Background technology: problems and defects in like products, and reasons for them
(6) Aim of invention: defects that the invention need to overcome; or new functions or features that the invention have
(7) Invention content: specific and completed technical scheme and detailed illustrate the improvement of structure and shape, the shape of every component, the specific joint among components, and draw a schematic diagram; and provide the circuit diagram if have circuit
(8) Advantages of the invention; the new functions and features of it; and the principle or reason.
Materials needed for invention patent application (required time, approximately 3 years)
(1) Name and address of applicant (foreign applicant shall provide name and address in both Chinese and English)
(2) Clear stamp or signature of applicant in e-draft format
(3) Name of inventor (foreign inventor shall provide name in both Chinese and English)
(4) Name of patent (foreign applicant shall provide name of patent in both Chinese and English)
Note: The materials for invention paten application are complicated, need to provide relevant materials according to different situation.
Payment details
50% of amount mentioned above ($ 944 USD for China or $1181 USD for Hong Kong) is due upon beginning of the work and should be paid online to start registration process. When GMG receive your payment we will provide you both Invoice and Service Agreement with future list of documents needed.
Last 50% of total sum you’ll pay when services will be completed.
Gold Millennium Co, Ltd. Consulting Fees will include Government Fees, costs, travelling fees, the fees related with the official documents and any other additional fees required in this service.
Confidentiality clause
Any information obtained during the provision of services will be treated strictly confidential and will only be used on a need-to-know basis by our staff. We will not divulge or disclose any such information at any time to any non-designated parties or use any such information other than for the provision of the above services.
Termination
Future Agreement can be terminated upon mutual consultation, and each Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the other Party.
