Gold Millennium CO, Ltd. , in conformity to the regulations of the People's Republic of China, will provide the following services to the client depending from business scope:
| Open Food & Restaurants WFOE | Hygiene License (20 Business Days) Environmental License (20 Business Days) at the same time Hygiene License Approval Certificate from the Commercial Bureau (+20 Business Days) Conduct enterprise code registration; Register the name of the WFOE; Register the WFOE seal and stamps with the Public Security Bureau: Register with the Supervision Bureau; Business License (+7 Business days) Conduct foreign exchange bureau registration; Obtain approval to open RMB and forex bank accounts; Tax registration at both the local and national Tax Bureau; Open special tax payment account (per tax bureau's instruction); Conduct finance bureau registration; One year Business for the legal representative (Z visa). Bank Account opening (+20 Business Days) |

| Open Trading WFOE | Apply for pre-registration of the Chinese company name at the Administration of Industry and Commerce; Leasing Contract Review & Due Diligence of the Certificate of Property Preparation of all the necessary document Provision of draft documentation for set up application letter; Prepare the project proposal and submit it to the local approval authority; Prepare for Feasibility Study Report based on the information provided; Assist with draft and advise on articles of association; Approval Certificate of the WFOE from the Commercial Bureau (+20 Business Days) Obtain the business license (7) seven days after the Approval Certificate of the WFOE is duly issued. Conduct enterprise code registration; Register the WFOE seal and stamps with the Public Security Bureau: Register with the Tax Bureau to obtain the Business Tax license three (3) days later once the business license is duly issued. Register the WFOE with the Supervision Bureau; Conduct foreign exchange bureau registration and Obtain approval to open RMB and forex bank accounts within 20 business days from the day the business tax license is duly issued; Tax registration at both the local and national Tax Bureau; Open special tax payment account (per tax bureau's instruction); Conduct finance bureau registration; One year Business for the legal representative (Z visa). Bank Account opening (+10 Days from the day the State Administration for Foreign Exchange approved the bank account opening ) Assist with the injection of the first installment of the register capital and provide assistance with the CPA company to issue the official Capital Verification Report (CVR). Presentation of the CVR to the Administration for Industry and Commerce. Assist with a proper tax structure & tax planning for the project. |
Payment details
50% of amount mentioned above (in USD currency) is due upon beginning of the work and should be paid online to start registration process. When GMG receive your payment we will provide you both Invoice and Service Agreement with future list of documents needed.
Last 50% of total sum you’ll pay when services will be completed.
Gold Millennium Co, Ltd. Consulting Fees will include Government Fees, costs, travelling fees, the fees related with the official documents and any other additional fees required in this service.
Confidentiality clause
Any information obtained during the provision of services will be treated strictly confidential and will only be used on a need-to-know basis by our staff. We will not divulge or disclose any such information at any time to any non-designated parties or use any such information other than for the provision of the above services.
Termination
Future Agreement can be terminated upon mutual consultation, and each Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the other Party.
